Notice for the recent replacement of JOYO BanTamP series’ tubes

Dear customers,

Thanks for your attention and support for JOYO BanTamP series tube amps, we’ve received some feedback from customers that the tubes in the BanTamP series are not the same as the ones shown in the pictures on JOYO’s official website, so they wonder whether they’ve bought the fake product or not.


Due to the fact that our tube supplier’s factory caught fire and the tubes were in short supply, all the 12AX7/ECC83 tubes with JOYO logo were out of stock, so JOYO has used other 12AX7/ECC83 tubes with other silkscreen. Those tubes have been tested by JOYO before as well, so as to make sure their quality meets the standard of JOYO BanTamP series. So far JOYO has not found any fake BanTamP series tube amps in the market, so please rest assured and place order.
